I can’t tell you how often I cringed while looking through roughly a 100 different websites in the past 2 days, as most are very outdated, but I think my top 3 deserve the special mention. I’ve been set up with Microsoft Exchange and using Outlook, etc. I’ve also used Apple’s mail and calendar that comes pre-installed on their machines. Lastly, I’ve tried open source applications like Thunderbird. None really come close to the efficiency and ease of use as Google Apps.
