Videographers tend to be a bit on the shy side, hiding behind a camera and a computer most of the time. However, most, including us, are not afraid to praise or give credit to those who do amazing work. We’ve been chasing the dream for the past few years learning from the industries best. @stillmotion has guided thousands of videographers to create better videos. They’ve taken the DSLR creative style of shooting weddings to an entire new level.
StillMotion has an app called SMAPP. It features tutorials of the many different aspects of videography, from tips on lighting, what gear to buy, how to shoot based on mood, the list goes on. I actually received a tweet earlier this week from them regarding an update to their app;

They’ve recently did a learning series sponsored by Canon that again helps videographers like us simply make our videos much better. You can find one of their most useful videos about which lenses to use at weddings below. If you browse around their Vimeo account you will see all the other Canon learning series videos as well.
